Updated Traditional, Noe Valley.
This was a down to the studs revamp of a Victorian house.
The kitchen was fully expanded and the bathrooms moved. The client's love of the color blue is reflected throughout the home which also gives this home a very peaceful vibe. The clients initially wanted a man made stone for the countertops but ended up with a black soapstone countertop that gives depth and soul to the kitchen. Ceasarstone, a manmade stone, was chosen for the bathroom countertops for its imperviousness. The original floors were kept but stripped of their once dark stain and left its natural color, which allows for a better reflection of light than was there previously.
